Q: Do you allow pets?

A: We are a pet friendly community. Breed restrictions do apply. Up to 2 pets per home; no exotics allowed.

Q: Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

A: Yes, depends on size and if you have one or two (max). Contact leasing office to find out more.

Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

A: Yes, lease termination fees and notice requirements will apply. Call the leasing office for questions regarding our policy.

Q: What utilities are included in my lease?

A: Resident pays all utilities.

Q: How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short terms?

A: 7 to 18 months. Yes, a minimum lease term of 3 months is accepted with applicable short term lease fee.

Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after hours?

A: There is a drop slot at the office, or contact us so we can get you set up for online payments through Gables Gateway.

Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

A: Yes, but no more than 7 consecutive days in a month.

Q: Do you have reserved parking?

A: Yes, we offer detached garages for $105* per month and reserved covered parking for $25* per month. * prices subject to change

Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

A: Yes, within the TAA guidelines and proof of satellite renter’s insurance will be required.

Q: When is my rent payment due? What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

A: Rent is due on the 1st and considered late if paid after the close of business on the 3rd.
